A recent online study found that, on average, UK adults feel stressed over twice a week. This staggering statistic demonstrates just how prominent mental health issues are in modern society, as this study was the largest known stress study ever conducted in the UK and the importance of Mental Health Awareness Week.
When is Mental Health Awareness Week 2025?

Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 will run from the 12th to the 18th of May.
The theme of Mental Health Awareness Week for 2025 is "community", as "being part of a safe, positive community is vital for our mental health and wellbeing".
Society has made great progress in recent years, with more open discussions than ever being held on mental health. Mental Health Awareness Week will continue such traction.
